What are my payment options?

Online purchases are made easy and secure with various options.

We may be listed on your statement/invoice as Kronrom Pty Ltd. iChameleon is the trading name for Kronrom Pty Ltd.

What are my payment options?

We accept EFT, Cheque, Visa or Mastercard Credit/Debit cards.

To pay by Cheque, please contact us for details. To pay by EFT, please see bank details on checkout.

To pay by Mastercard/Visa, please simply follow the traditional checkout procedure. Purchases are made via eWay’s is a secure payment procedure.

Is buying online safe?

After completing the online purchase information you may be redirected to the mastercard/visa verification website where you will be required to enter a password before you pay with your credit or debit card. The funds are automatically deducted from your bank account or charged to your credit card, depending on the previously selected payment options.

Any personal information you disclose to us is handled with the strictest confidence in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Do I have to register with iChameleon?

Yes, all business owners are required to register prior to making any purchases.

We will check the supplied information before granting full access to the website. Please allow upto 24 hours for registration to be completed.

What happens after I have completed payment online successfully?

After you place an order with us, you’ll receive an order confirmation email with the details of your order, followed by a tax invoice for proof of your purchase. If you have any queries regarding your purchase, please Contact Us.

Why can I not see any prices?

All business owners are required to register prior to Prices being visible. All prices will be displayed once you have been successfully registered as an online user.

Do you offer Bulk Order discounts?

All our prices are very competitive. However, should you place a very large order, please contact us to see if any further discounts may be available.

I am not a business but I like your products; can I purchase from you?

Unfortunately, iChameleon is only available to registered Businesses.

However, you may purchase off our sister site i-Gear Australia.

Do you supply internationally?

Yes, we do, please register with us and advise us that your business is registered in another country (outside of Australia) in the ABN field.

We may require proof of registration such as a Company Registration document.

 

DELIVERY

What is the cost of delivery?

Delivery costs vary throughout Australia. Please see here.

We deliver to your home or office, anywhere within Australia. Delivery normally takes between five (5) to fourteen (14) days.

For International delivery costs, please contact us.

Do I have to be home to receive my items?

Most deliveries require a signature when you receive them; deliveries cannot be made to PO Boxes. If you are unable to take delivery of your items in person – or if you have not received them within a reasonable period – please check with your local post office.

Can I nominate a different delivery address to the billing address?

You may choose to have products delivered to an address different to the billing address. However, we cannot deliver one order to multiple delivery addresses; in this instance, you must order items separately and assign the different delivery addresses to each.

Can I track my order online?

Yes, all items will have tracking, a number will be provided if requested. Kindly contact us for further information.

Will my order, which includes a few items, be delivered in the one box?

On occasions, when a number of items are purchased in a single order, they may be sorted into separate boxes and arrive with different deliveries. Therefore, all of your order might not be delivered on the same day.

What if I receive a damaged parcel, the wrong items, or don’t receive my order at all?

If you believe there is damage to the products you’ve ordered, the incorrect items have been delivered, or your order hasn’t arrived within the specified timeframe, please Contact us.

Can I choose to pick up my order in person?

No, unfortunately you cannot collect your purchases in person.

WARRANTY/REFUNDS

Manufacturer’s Warranty

Our products carry a warranty of 3 – 12 months. This excludes normal wear & tear and may vary from product to product. Please see individual product details or contact us for further information

What can I do if I have a problem with my new items?

If you are unhappy with the condition or performance of your new items, please contact us immediately.

Is your display stand available to purchase?

Yes, it is. But only iChameleon products may be displayed on the stand. Please contact us for further information on pricing and availability. The Chameleon range of products are protected by trademark and other laws within Australia.

I’d like to display other products on your retail display stand, can I?

Unfortunately you may not display any other products on the Chameleon display stand.

Are Chameleon products available to purchase elsewhere?

Kronrom Pty Ltd is the registered trademark owner of the Chameleon brand of products.

Chameleon products may only be purchased via the Chameleon website or from the trademark owners directly.

What is iChameleon‘s online refund policy?

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase and suggest that you inspect your items upon delivery, to ensure you are happy with their condition and operation. If you are not content with the state of your new purchase, please refer to our Refund Policy.

This refund policy does not apply to goods which have been opened or used, damaged after delivery, or if any attempt has been made to alter the product or if they have been dropped or broken. All products must be returned in their original condition. All postage and insurance costs are to be paid by the buyer. iChameleon will not be responsible for parcels lost or damaged in transit.
