In the unlikely event that you need to return a product, please contact us first.

  • Do not send the product without obtaining a RMA number.
  • Only faulty or items damaged in transit qualify for a refund.
  • We do not offer refunds simply because you changed your mind.
  • You must include the RMA number when returning a product.
  • We suggest you use a method of transit that can be tracked when returning a product to us.
  • We will not be responsible for any returned items lost during transit.
